Central Management Unit "The Trustees preserve, for public use and enjoyment, properties of exceptional scenic, historic, and ecological value in Massachusetts." The Central Management Unit covers the area from Warwick, to New Salem to Shirley, MA, and includes the following properties: Bear's Den, Brooks Woodland Preserve, Dexter Drumlin, Doyle Community Park & Center, Elliott Laurel, Farandnear, North Common Meadow, Peaked Mountain, Quinebaug Woods, Redemption Rock, Rock House Reservation, Tantiusques and Swift River Reservation.
