Entry Garden Volunteer - SCHG

Entry Garden Volunteer - SCHG

Opportunity Overview:

At Stevens-Coolidge House & Gardens in North Andover, we are looking for an experienced gardener to join us in caring for our Entry Garden. The SCHG Entry Gardens are designed in the New American Garden style with masses of ornamental grasses and strong drifts of native flowers and pollinator plants. During the growing season, the garden is alive with pollinators of all sorts and it needs a lot of care to flourish.

Volunteers must be very comfortable with plant and weed identification and be available for three hours/week of volunteering. Volunteers will consult with the horticulturist as needed, but this is an independent, self-directed role, and is a great fit for experienced gardeners looking to lead in a space in a public garden.
