Harvest Festival - Chestnut Hill Farm

Opportunity Overview
Come celebrate the fall season with some good old-fashioned farm fun at Chestnut Hill Farm’s HarvestFest! It’s a day filled with live music, food and beverages, farm animals, fantastic vendors, hayrides, contests, and games and activities for all ages. A number of different volunteer positions are available, with shifts either 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Volunteers help set up or clean up, depending on the shift, and run our activity stations, such as kids arts & crafts, pumpkin painting, hay maze monitoring, field games, hay rides, cider press, etc., or help at admissions.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
• Vary depending on volunteer position
• Communicate effectively with staff and other volunteers
• Assist with set up and clean up
• Help answer questions about the Farm
• Sign up for this event

Qualifications
• Have excellent communication skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Have reliable transportation to the Farm
• Enjoy working with people

Time Commitment 
September 15, 2019. Shifts available from 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and/or 12:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Work the whole day, we buy you lunch. Work a shift and you get free ice cream. YUM.
